Walking around the Village, you will find the Village Hall, the newly equipped large playing field, the Old Forge Corner with its re-commissioned old pump and the 'Book Exchange' in the old Telephone Box.

Situated amongst the trees with a little grassed green surrounding it, is the splendid War Memorial with a pedestal of portland stone surmounted by a marble cross.
